Thadeusz “Ted” Pilawski
age 83 of Algonac, MI. died May 15, 2009. He was born in Hamtramck, MI.

Ted was a WW II, U. S Army D-Day survivor, Ford Motor Co. retiree, professional musician/band leader and active in the Knights of Columbus, P.L.A.V., and St. Catherines Catholic Church.

Survived by his wife of 60 years Eleanor (nee Wygnalski), children; Gary (Susan), Judi (Mark) Martin, Darcy (Gordy) Elwart, and Robert, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.

Ted will be instate at 10:30 AM Monday May 18, 2009 at St. Catherines Catholic Church, Algonac, with Mass at 11:00 AM. Visitation is Sunday May 17 from 1-4 & 6-9 PM Sunday at the Gilbert Funeral Home, Algonac, with Rosary at 7:00 PM. Burial will be in the St. Catherines Cemetery, Algonac.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital.
